These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SUCKER FREE ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of livesuckerfree.com (the "Site") and all content, features, products, and services offered through it.

By using this Site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with these Terms.

02 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of SUCKER FREE and is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws (the “Content”). Content includes, without limitation:

The SUCKER FREE name, wordmark, and logo
All brand assets, visual identities, icons, and graphic elements
Written content, copy, manifestos, affirmations, and editorial material
The arcade game, its code, graphics, mechanics, and leaderboard
Photography, illustrations, and design compositions
The overall look, feel, and trade dress of the Site

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content on this Site's content without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of the SUCKER FREE name, logo, or any brand asset in any medium constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

03 — USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of this Site may require you to create an account. User account functionality is currently limited and will expand as the platform grows. When account features are available and you register, you agree to:

Account features are in development. These terms are in place to govern that functionality when it becomes available.

04 — PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

SUCKER FREE does not currently offer products or services for purchase. This section establishes the conditions that will govern any applicable future commercial transactions conducted through the Site.

When commerce features become available, the following terms will apply: you will agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All prices will be stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Digital Products: Upon purchase of any digital product, you will receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written authorization.

We will use third-party payment processors to handle transactions and will not store full credit card details. Payment processing will be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those processors.

Refunds & Returns: Refund and return policies will be clearly stated at the time of any future purchase.

No purchases are currently available. These terms are in place to govern commerce functionality when it launches.

09 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

11 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
